Premessa:
Ho diviso i video tutorials , per mostrarti le fasi che vanno dallo schizzo al disegno.
I passaggi della cornice e il testo non sono mostrati.

Detto questo iniziamo.
Se ti serve puoi scaricare lo schizzo qui.
Apri il file base.jpg.
Quando si lavora con uno schizzo è bene avere la possibilità di vederlo,
quindi un sistema può essere quello che ti mostro nel tutorial qui sotto,
cioè cliccare il triangolino che si trova nella palette livelli e scegliere Nuovo gruppo.
Diminuisci l'Opacità circa al 50% . In questo modo avrai la base sempre visibile.
